I’ve worked on a range of disputes over the last few years, including copyright and major project related disputes working with a number of law firms, including Addleshaw Goddard, Baker McKenzie, Bristows, Clyde and Co, CMS, Gowling WLG, Linklaters, Pinsent Masons and RPC. I’ve also advised clients on their procurement process and reviewed IT operations in preparation for mergers and takeovers.
The technologies and products involved in disputes vary widely, from bespoke developments using anything from C++ , Python, Java and ASP .NET to assembler through to package implementations of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and many more.
